While waiting for dinner time, my friend & I went to his neighbourhood cafe for a drink and chit chat. It was a quiet late noon on Friday. We were the only customers there when we reached and it was just what we hoped for - a quiet place for a good chit chat.

Sheperd's Pie or Cottage Pie is a meat pie with crust of mashed potatoes on top. I read in somewhere that Shepherd's Pie refers to lamb, while Cottage Pie refers to beef or chicken. But I still get people calling a beef filling as Shepherd's Pie. Sometimes I feel like correcting them but was afraid I am wrong. So what do you think? Shepherd or Cottage?
I found that the mashed potatoes is abit too salty. But you can balance off the saltiness with the salad at the side. The beef filling is yummy tho'! So overall, it is not too bad. I would still consider ordering this if I come here again.

I love this corner! It mades me feel at home.
Besides coffees and pastries, they also have pasta and sandwiches. If I am around this area again with my friends, we will definitely visit this cafe again for the coziness it offers.
