Hokkaido Cake From RT Pastry

This is one of my favourite cake from RT Pastry. Yes, I've said correctly, a cake. Don't be mislead by her look, it's actually a cake, not muffin. The cake is really soft and the fresh cream in the center is made of pure milk. Don't worry if you're not a milk lover, the cream is really light and doesn't have any 'heavy' milk taste to it. It's simply yummylicious! At only RM13.80 per box of 6pcs, it's a great choice for breakfast or tea time snack.
