Purple Cane Tea Restaurant. I am sure this sounded familiar to you right? Well, we were no stranger to this restaurant even before we had our first step in this restaurant. We've heard of this resto many times from colleagues and friends. It was said to served nice healthy foods.

And coincidentally, one fine day when we were at MidValley, my friend suggested that we dine at Purple Cane. We agreed to it without a second thought. It was a delightful dinner although the Salad Prawn was a turn off.

Herbal Chicken @ RM18.00

Juicy and soft, herbal flavoured chicken that can be easily tear off from its bone. Simply Yummy~licious!

Salad Prawn @ RM18.00

This is one of the worst salad prawn i've ever tasted. I couldn't even taste the prawn. It's all flourish!

Kutzu Root Soup @ RM5.00

The uniqueness of Purple Cane is they served soup in teapot and pour them out in a slightly larger tea cup. It feels weird to be drinking soup from a tea cup. I still prefer the normal serving with the soup and soup ingredients in a bowl.

Green Tea Rice @ RM1.00/ bowl

Rating: 3/5

Rice cooked in brewed green tea. It has only a very mild green tea taste.

Sisters Curry Laksa (Seapark) @ Bandar Puteri Puchong

My hubby used to stayed in SS1 when he was a young boy. He loves eating curry laksa at this particular hawker stall in a restaurant at Seapark. This hawker stall is called Sisters Curry Laksa which is operated by two sisters. But ever since he shifted to Subang Jaya, he seldom eats there anymore.

So, when he found out that there is a new branch opening in Bandar Puteri Puchong, he did not hesitate to bring me there. Truly, it was the best curry laksa! No wonder he misses this curry laksa so much! There is also a stall in Putri Mart Foodcourt.

This drink is my latest crave! I love it! A layer of milk sandwiched in between layers of fragrant tea and palm syrup. When mixed together, you can really taste the great combination of these three flavours! Simply refreshing and addicting!
